General Upkeep
- Infills must be booked every two to three weeks.
- Brush and wash lashes daily.
- At least 40% of lashes must remain for an infill. Anything less is charged as a full set.

Appointment Preparation
- Arrive with no makeup and uncurled lashes.
- Arrive on time. More than 10 minutes late may lead to cancellation/shortening and late fees.
- Avoid oil cleansers/products around lashes to protect glue retention.
- Let me know beforehand about any allergies or reactions.
- All clients are responsible for cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals.
Avoid After Appointment
- Getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours.
- Excessive eye makeup that can damage lashes.
- Sleeping on your face and picking at your lashes.
Policy Enforcement
Failure to comply with these policies may result in being unable to book future appointments.
